For security, the website may also store a one-way hash of your IP address and basic browser information.

Your information is used only to manage invitations, confirm attendance, plan seating and meals, support accessibility needs, and communicate important celebration updates.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the couple and trusted people helping plan the wedding. Relevant dietary or accessibility details may be shared with the venue or suppliers only when needed to support you.
Sensitive notes
Please share only the health, allergy, dietary, or accessibility information necessary for the event. These notes will be handled carefully, but the RSVP form is not intended for medical records or emergencies.
Corrections and deletion
You may ask to view, correct, or delete your RSVP information by emailing hello@calebandrheanawedding.site. This address is a placeholder and must be confirmed before launch.
